How do I book a service?
You can book your cleaning in a number of ways, of which the easiest is to visit our booking page. Simply select your date and time, fill out the secure form with your information and enter your payment details. In less than one minute, you’ve done your booking.
What areas are you servicing?
We’re focusing on the Miami Downtown-Brickell area, but we’re also taking reservations for the greater Miami Metro area, including Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, Coconut Grove, Miami Beach and the Midtown area.
How do I find your list of services?

Will you provide cleaning supplies?
Yes, we provide our own eco-friendly cleaning supplies. Brands we typically work with are: Branch Basics, Green Works, Mrs. Meyers, Seventh Generation, Dr. Bronner, Honest Company. If you prefer that our team uses your own products, you can let us know on our booking form. We’ll try to accommodate every reasonable request.
Do I have to be home at the time of cleaning?
No, you don’t. But what we ask from you is that you provide instructions on our booking form regarding access to your home. Doormen can usually hand keys to our staff and if you give us a copy of your key, we can simply use that for future appointments. You can also hide it in a safe place for us. If you have an alarm, please also provide instructions on how to disable/re-enable it.
Are you OK with pets?
Yes, our team is OK with pets as long as they’re friendly. On our booking form you can write the name of your pets so we can make friends with them easily.
What are your hours of operation?
We’re open 6 days a week, Monday-Saturday. We’re starting the day at 8am and you can book the last cleaning starting at 5pm.
How long will my cleaning take?
Our detailed cleaning estimate is about 1 hour/bedroom. To move in/move out or after-construction cleanings we estimate an additional 30-60 minutes, depending on the size of your home. Additional services, such as inside fridge, oven etc. cleaning usually takes an extra 30 minutes.
What’s included in a detailed cleaning?
Detailed cleaning would cover your cleaning basics, including kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living room and study. For a completed checklist, please visit our services and pricing page.
Do you do move-in/out or after-construction cleaning?
Yes, we are specializing in move-in / move-out and after-construction clean up. We’re living in Miami after all where new condos are coming to the market every day, it seems! This is a deeper cleaning than what your regular appointment would cover.
What type of payments do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners, JCB and Paypal via our booking system.
Is your booking system secure?
Yes, 100% secure.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, we do. Just visit our Book Now page and select Purchase Gift Card at the top of your screen. It is sold in $100 increments.
Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Yes, you can easily cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hour in advance by clicking “View appointment details” in your confirmation email sent to you at the time of booking.
We charge a flat $50 fee if the appointment is cancelled after 5pm the day before the cleaning appointment. Additionally, we charge a $100 flat fee if for any reason the cleaners are denied access to the home.
